Actually I like training. At least most of the time. Just, sometimes I miss the last impulse to start with it. This is why fixed dates in the gym are cool. It makes motivating so much easier.

At home it is much easier to think  “O.k. tomorrow. There is another day to start with“. But maybe I learn the trick, not to cheat myself in the near future. Same with the gymnastics I should do regularly. Sorry Hajo, I really try not to "forget" it anymore. Promise. At least there is progress concerning this in the last weeks.
